API to fetch specific duration transaction response time

Hi, Currently we see there is public API to fetch the transactions response time by providing run id and tenancy id.
This API helps us in fetching complete test duration response time though we have requirement to fetch the transaction response time of only steady state i.e. only for specific duration of test.
Request you to built public API with the following .
Input
1. RunID
2. Tenancy ID
3. Test Start time
4. Test End time
Return output of transactions response time for that specific test duration
I'm working on StormRunner and using below URL to get the list of API

GET /test-runs/{runId}/transactions now has two optional parameters (startTime, endTime) in query string to specify the time range. They are the relative time (in seconds) to test start time.

Thanks sunbruce for the update.

But the requirement is to fetch the transaction response time using API /test-runs/{runId}/transactions by specifying start and end time.

Idea is to get remove the ramp up and ramp down time.

It has "two optional parameters (startTime, endTime)". We're talking the same API.
