Single view of completed test runs for Administrators across all projects

Option for an administrator to list all completed test runs within the Project Management area.

Usage scenario:  an application platform team requires details on whether test load was run on their system at a specific time in the past.

Current method: Administrator logs in to each project to view the test Results page, Group By Date and verify what test was running at the requested time.

Solution: Add a new "Completed Runs" tab on the main page within Project Management e.g. Projects, License, Assets, Schedules, Active Runs, Completed Runs

This page should include the standard "Group By" function that is currently available on the Schedules and Active Runs pages.

This "Completed Runs" page doesn't need to be a full history, and could default to the past 7 days, but with the option to set From and To dates for a custom range if required.
