shift left PE using Performance Center 12.63 version?

Can we achieve Shift Left PE using Performance Center 12.63 version? Is Shift Left only possible with Load Runner Cloud ?

You can definitely shift left with PC v12.63 - as a matter of fact SLPT is not specific to a product. This practice intends to find and solve issues early as possible in the development process; this might require developers and devtesters taking part on this activity moving forward. Different features are available on this release to enable SLPT - for example: PC v12.63 enables developers and dev testers to create and execute tests via LRD, PC offers support for continuous integrations in order to execute performance tests s pat of a build script and also the integration between PC and Git allows synchronization of scripts and tests and execution via YAML
