Performance center support for Citrix Storefront Appliction (7.15 version)

The Performance Centre 12.6.3 /Load Runner system requirements that are published on the Micro Focus web site, confirms that Citrix Storefront/ Receiver is supported under Performance Center 12.6.3 (as shown below).  However,  last week your support team contradicted this in response to support case SD02586839 (support case email chain attached).  Our performance test team has carried out a trial load test script recording on our application accessed through Citrix Receiver with PC 12.6, following some guidance from your support team, but this has not worked.  The latest response we have to this support case is a suggestion that we track the status of your current research and development on Citrix Workspace support.

Performance Center 12.63 system requirements that state Citrix protocol support of Citrix Receiver and Storefront:

@PaddyPatki Can you please elaborate?

Storefront 7.15 is a server that can work with two different clients - receiver and workspace app.

Receiver is supported in 12.63, workspace app is not.
