Test run result data Retention policy for LRE Server per Domain/Project

LRE server keeps lots of data of executed runs. This can accumulates over time to hundreds of GB  per Domain/Project. At the moment it is hard to maintain this data.

The request it to get at a few levels a test-run result data retention policy. I think of 3 levels:

1 LRE server wide.

2 Domain level.

3 Project level

In this way one can keep some control over the amount of data that is floating around in the system.

Default value might be 1 year, but maintenance task should not be enabled by default.
