“-26226 Button not found "

Hi,

Could someone advise me?

I installed LR 9.51 on Windows XP and Browser is IE8.

When I looked into HP forums, most of the people says, they were not able to launch the application and record the script.

1)I am able to launch the application and record the script, but when I replayed the script it gives error as
“-26226 Button not found “

2)If I continue with LR 9.51 or 9.52 ,Will I face any issues?

Thanks,
Raj

I don't think LR 9.5 supports IE8. Also, the patch doesn't help. I wonder how you were able to record the script in the first place.

Consider upgrading to LR 11. It supports IE8.

Hi,

I also record the script for Parameterization for Gmail account.
It successfully recorded and replay without any errors.

Thanks,

I am also surprised to hear that 9.51 is supporting IE8. BTW if that is not a browser issue then it's mainly a correlation issue that you have to solve yourself.
