Ajax Web Click/Script Recording Problem

I tried to record usign Web Click/Script (Ajax protocol) on a Java application that uses DOJO. The recording doesn't continue and it appears to be hanging. I tried multiple times, but is unsuccessful. Tried GUI/HTTP/URL.

Re: Ajax Web Click/Script Recording Problem

Hi,

Web click & script is different protocol.

You will need to use the RIA protocol bundle for Ajax calls.

RIA>>Rich Internet Applications.....(Ajax click & script).

You need to have license for this protocol; apart from the Web & Multimedia.

Install LR 9.5 on test machine and then try...DOJO controls are supported from LR 9.0/9.1....

Re: Ajax Web Click/Script Recording Problem

I am using the RIA Ajax protocol and we have the license. But recording on top of an application built-on DOJO adn DIJIT framework doesn't work. Recording is too, too slow -- seemed to hang somewhere.

Re: Ajax Web Click/Script Recording Problem

Uncheck "Record rendering-related property values" in recording options -->> GUI Properties.

LR only support DOJO,ATLAS and Scriptoculous
frameworks.
