Cannot configure Performance Center 9.5 after upgrade from 9.1

Hi,

I did upgrade from PC 9.1 to 9.5. Server is Windows 2003 Ent with IIS 6.

After upgrade is done, I am unable to open admin/initialfs.htm page for configuration.

Database migration completed successfuly during upgrade to 9.5.

Did several restart of IIS and server with no results.

Also Uinstalled and re-installed PC 9.5 but still no luck.

Any help here is truly appreciated

Re: Cannot configure Performance Center 9.5 after upgrade from 9.1

Not sure if this applies to upgarde....you can still try your luck.

1. Use RDP to connect to and login as an administrator or IUSR_METRO to the Performance Center Administration server.

2. Go to Administrative Tools > Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager

3. Select Web Sites > Default Web Site > Admin

4. Right click and select Properties. In the Virtual Directory tab select Configuration to display the Application Configuration page then select the Options tab.

5. The following options must be checked: Enable session state, Enable buffering and Enable parent paths

6. Perform an IISReset command or Restart IIS from IIS Manager if any of the above three configuration options have to be checked..

Hi Shivaram,

Thanks for your post. I have checked this option in IIS from KB article. All of them are checked already.
