Error 26612 HTTP Status Code=500 Internal Server Error

I have recorded a script using Web(HTTP/HTML) protocol. It replays fine in vuGen, when i try to run in the Controller, it runs OK for a while and then few users get the Error 26612 HTTP Status Code=500 Internal Server Error.
Do i have to correlate something? I don't think because not all the users are getting this error. If i run with 10 users for 2 hours, 3 users get this error and the rest 7 are fine.
Any Suggestions?

Thanks

That is a server error and it usually means that some part of the application is too busy to respond. Sounds like you may have found a bottleneck.

The 500 Internal Server Error is a very general HTTP status code that means something has gone wrong on the web site's server but the server could not be more specific on what the exact problem is.

you can increase the thinktime while execution. so it will get refreshed , it will display the page.
