Error: "An error has occurred" is displayed when saving a script from VuGen to ALM PC 11.5x
One of my customer experience this issue with PC 11.52 and they follow up the steps under the KB below:
Now after applying the workaround / fix the problem still persist.
The solution for this particular issue came from customer side as they were working with a file share that was blocking any modification and preventing files to be save. Once the file share permissions were restored the problem was fixed
