Error while performing system health check on PC server.

When you perform system health check on a PC server, you may get the below error:

Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {000A6A0E-8973-480E-A541-D29749A4FB61} failed due to the following error: 800703fa Illegal operation attempted on a registry key that has been marked for deletion. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800703FA).

The issue is resolved by performing re-registration of the class component related to the CLSID.

You may follow the below steps to solve this issue:

1) Go to windows registery: Type regedit in comand prompt.

2) Search in windows registry (by pression Ctrl+F). Enter CLSID {000A6A0E-8973-480E-A541-D29749A4FB61} and click search button.

3) The CLSID will correspond to ALWrapperServer.exe. Unregistering and registering this file should help to resolve the issue.

4) Stop IIS

5) To  unregister the .exe file.  Enter the below command in command prompt:

[Path to Performance Center Server]\bin>ALWrapperServer.exe -unregserver

6) To register the .exe file, Enter the below command in command prompt:

[Path to Performance Center Server]\bin>ALWrapperServer.exe -regserver

7) Restart IIS

😎 Now perform system health check.

The issue should be fixed.
