Facing issues in Sitescope. Currently, the blank page is displaying when logging into the site scope

Hi Team,

Could you please help here....

Currently we are upgrading HPPC 12.20 to 12.60 (test environment). one user is facing below sitescope issue.

1. the blank page is displaying when logging into the site scope application. 

2.VTS - suppose if we are migrating LG from 12.20 to 12.60, how to handle the data transfer and other challenges.
