Finacle scripting through LR

We have are having the application called finacle.scripting for the same is recorded using web+winsock protocol.
we have added 24 different locations for BAC-BPM monitoring.each locations assigned to different ids using parametrization concept but script on local with one id it runs successfully but when runs with other id from different location it fails

We tried with the following possibilities.Below are the observations

Analysis 1
recorded two script with same user id,password on the same system
only session id gets different

*************************************

Analysis 2
recorded two script with same id,password on two different ip address
session id and password changes

**********************************************
Analysis 3
recorded two scripts with different user ids, password(same)with two different ip changes
session id,password and in the buffer dynamic values like (UP00000000015000) value changes

Can anyone suggest how the script will run sucessfully from other locations..AS the application is developed by infosys and as observbed password might generates as the combination of user id and local system ip adress..can anyone suggest how to handle this?

Thanks
Cheers!

Re: Finacle scripting through LR

1. the session id need correlation
2. need to record the password from different locations, then put the password to into script.

Re: Finacle scripting through LR

yes right session needs correlation..

but recording from different locations is not feasible as we are having 64kbps bandwidth and to copy the vugen setup and run become very difficult

Please suggest

Thanks

Re: Finacle scripting through LR

Hey Friend,

Are u able to monitor Finacle successfully with BAC?

If yes, are u getting transactions breakdown?

If yes how did u manage to do that?

I am trying to monitor Finacle 7.12 from HP BSM 9.01. Using vugen to generate the script, but I could only get transaction breakdown data till Login page of Finacle, after login I could get only Total Transaction Time.

I am using Web(html/http) and WinSocket protocol while recording.

Your help will highly appreciated.

Re: Finacle scripting through LR

thx for reply, but as per finacle design, after login into finacle all communication between client and finacle server is happen through winsocket and not with http.

So with Http I could get breakdown till the login page appears, after that only total transaction time.

How you achieve transaction breakdown in finacle case for all its transaction?
