Getting Applet support is turned off waring message when replay the Oracle 11i script

Hi,
I recorded the script for Oracle forms using 11i protocol, but when i replay the script , getting: "Warning -26000: APPLET support is turned off. A DOM object is created, but the APPLET is not executed" and connect_server: connection with host "****.us.dell.com" on port 4458 established and below error:
vuser_init.c(229): Popup message: stop - Cannot complete applications logon. You may have entered an invalid applications password, or there may have been a database connect error.
Please help me on this, I stuck here.
I recorded using NCA& web protocols, but no use.
I used LR 9.51 and Oracle11i protocol. It needs any settings in Oracle Apps before recording using LoadRunner?

Runtime viewer cannot show the applet content. Indeed it has many limitations. It is not a regular browser and cannot show all advanced contents.
