HP ALM 12:01- Script Uploading Failed on Performance center version 12:01

HI Team,

we are seeing problems  while uploading the script on performance center ( 12:01). Please see the attahced  screenshot for error. We are able to upload it through making a connection  from Vugen-PC but  it  fails   otherwise.

We recently upgraded from 11:52 to 12:01 and this  was definitely not  expected.

Upload VuGen Scripts

"Error while uploading FM_DRM_20150112_WithoutLogic.zip into 'Subject\FIOS_Mobility\DRM' folder. Script upload failed. Error: Failed Downloading ALM Client. Please check network connection and user"

Thanks

Ensure dependent files are within zipfile/try to zip the file from vugen path:File-> Manage zip files -> Export to Zip file.

Re: HP ALM 12:01- Script Uploading Failed on Performance center version 12:01

can you please try the below solution from the KB article: https://softwaresupport.hp.com/group/softwaresupport/search-result/-/facetsearch/document/KM01007405

To fix this issue, Please follow the below steps:

1.Login to the PC server as the PC user. The default PC user is IUSR_METRO.
2.Run IE and connect to the Addins URL of the ALM server;
  e.g. http://<alm server name>:8080/qcbin/addins.html
3.Select HP ALM Client Registration
4.Select and run Register HP ALM located at the bottom of the HP Client Registration page.
5.Test the Script Upload - the problem should be resolved.
