HP LRAnalysis 9.10 startup issue

Hi,
we have HP Analysis 9.10 installed on our win 2003 server machine.

But every single time at the startup, we get following error
"ANALYSIS CANNOT SYNCHRONIZE MICROSOFT JET DELIMETER WITH THE REGIONAL SETTINGS LIST-PARAMETER"

Any description or list of steps to resolve this issue or find more details on this would be really helpful.

Thanks,
Prem

Re: HP LRAnalysis 9.10 startup issue

Prem,

To run Analysis on Windows 2003, you must have Local Administrator permissions to modify files and registry entries. Make sure a user with local administrator privileges is used to run Analysis.

FYI...You can refer below KB

Title: Error: "Analysis cannot synchronize Microsoft Jet delimiter with regional setting list-separator"

Document ID: KM187959

Did that resolve your issue..??

Re: HP LRAnalysis 9.10 startup issue

Thank you ShivRam,
I had the same doubt and after trying the Analysis app with Admin account it started without any issues.

So, yes it was an admin privilege issue on the box.

Thank you very much for your help!!

Re: HP LRAnalysis 9.10 startup issue

As per Shivaram's suggestion, we verified that Analysis Tool also needed Admin privilege for startup.
