HTTP 503 received after Microsoft Security patches installed
We are using Performance Center 12 and over the weekend Microsoft Security patches were installed and now we are not able to start up Performance Center. Getting a HTTP 503 error in the web browser.
We have uninstalled the patches on the servers and restarted them but still not able to start Performance Center or ALM.

I suggest you run the Repair tool. It is in the same PC install software.
Go to the folder <PC installer>:\Setup\Install\Server and run the PCServer.msi and follow the wizard.
If that not works, I suggest you open a support ticket for further investigation.
