How integrate SiteScope with Performance Center?

First , please  make sure you can see the Sitescope counters in Sitescope UI ie. http://<Sitescope_server>:8080/Sitescope

If this works, then do the following :

1. Go to Sitescope UI ---> Preferences ---> User Management and get the username value.

2. Go to Sitescope Server -- C:\\Sitescope\\groups\\users.config. Open the file "users.config" in Notepad.

Get the login from the line

This is the <username> from step1.

Scroll up and get the value of _id ie. _id=login5 - (for example) ----> TThis is the value that goes on the box next to "Use Account".

3. Go to ALM website ---> Test Resources ----> Monitors Configuration ----> click on "Sitescope"

Enter the values for the following :

Server : <IP_address> or <Sitescope_servername>

Port : 8888

(NOTE: From Sitescope UI use port 8080. However, in the above line enter 8888 (default value))

Check the box for "Use Account". In the box next to it enter login5 (in this case, ie, from step 2)
username: <username>

Password: <password>

Click "Get Counters"

--NOTE : If you do not see any counters, this is because there is a known issue with Sitescope 11.20 --
You cannot just select the counters that you want.
*Workaround is you should select the whole group first, then select or unselect the counters that you want.
Click on "Edit monitor".

--NOTE: Selecting just the counters you want will not work. First select the whole group and then select or unselect the counters that you want.
