How to convert web custom requests into readable format?

Hi Experts,

We have recorded the below workflow on ALM 11 application.

lr_start_transaction("ALM11_S01_MainURL");
lr_start_transaction("ALM11_S02_Login");
lr_start_transaction("ALM11_S03_ClickTestPlan");
lr_start_transaction("ALM11_S04_SelectTestinTestPlan");
lr_start_transaction("ALM11_S05_SelectReqCoverageTab");
lr_start_transaction("ALM11_S06_SelectRequirement");
lr_start_transaction("ALM11_S07_ClickAddToCoverageButton");
lr_start_transaction("ALM11_S08_ClickRemoveSelectedbutton");
lr_start_transaction("ALM11_S09_ClickTestLabModule");
lr_start_transaction("ALM11_S10_SelectTestSet");
lr_start_transaction("ALM11_S11_ClickAttachmentsTab");
lr_start_transaction("ALM11_S12_ClickDownloadandOpenButton");
lr_start_transaction("ALM11_S13_ClickDefectsModule");
lr_start_transaction("ALM11_S14_ExportAll");
lr_start_transaction("ALM11_S15_Logout");

Attached is the Vugen Script generated for this workflow.

We encountered custom requests with out capturing test data.

These requests are being captured in unreadable format.

we need to convert all custom requests encoded in "Octet-stream" into readable format.

Is there a way to do this?

Is there any other protocol/way that can be used to record the above workflow, currently we are performing the recording using web[HTTP/HTML] protocol?

Please advise.

Regards,

Srihari
