How to find Contract identifier (SAID)*

Jump to solution
I get registered my self on support website -
http://support.openview.hp.com/

Now if I want to submit any problem/issue then it is asking me for Contract identifier. Can some one please tell me from where to get this?

FYI: I am using Load runner 9.0 and have some issue with the controller application and seek for HP support in this.

I would suggest you to first check with HP Sales folks......check with your purchase team...if they have local contacts...

If you provide HP Order number....they can provide you the SAID no...

You can still register a TRUST case with HP support team, if you dont have SAID....if you have HP order number

Email: apj-saidinfo@hp.com (For APJ customers only.)

Here is the entire list of support numbers.

Manish,

Are you using licensed version of loadrunner or the trial version..?

If you have brought licenses from HP....I can help you with a link to get info on SAID.

Thanks for your reply.

Does LR create any run-file where we can fetch related information like maintenance no or order no?
Or
Is there such option in LR to find out?
Right now I don't have the purchase order no.

Regards,
Manish

No, LR gives you only technical information...like version, build etc...

You need to get in touch with your commercial team and then get the HP order number.

HP SAID: Service Agreement ID:

A unique ID for each customer, who had a sales & purchages Agreement with HP, which covers the product support under that reference.

it's just a Reference ID, under which you will be recognised by HP, for all your Product Sales, Contracts, Agreements & Support..!!

If you are using any HP Software product, you must be having this reference & why don't you get in contact with your software sales team for this, they might be having someway of knowledge.
