How to increase the download script timeout for Performance Center host

In order to increase the timeout threshold for script download, perform the following actions on the performance center (PC) host machine:

1. Open the dat folder located in the <PC Host installation directory>.

2. Open the file LTS.config with a text editor. The file contains XML content.

3. Locate the node that starts with “LTSSettings” and add the following text to it: DownloadScriptsTimeOut="360"  (time defined is in seconds)

For example :
<LTSSettings MaxExpectedTimeForDPMS="21600000" MESyncRequestWaitSeconds="180" CntrlInInteractiveMode="false" DownloadScriptsTimeOut="360" ... >

4  Locate the node that starts with “CommonSettings” and add the following text to it: restRequestTimeout="360"  (time defined is in seconds)

For example:
<CommonSettings  ... restRequestTimeout="360" ... >

5. Save the LTS.config file, and restart the “Performance Center Load Testing Service” service on the PC host machine.

This will increase the download timeout for each script to 6 minutes (default is 2 minutes, which is the value when those configuration key is not defined).
