How to profile a Java Application using HP LoadRunner

I'm interested in instrummenting application code (java J2EE) in order to obtain more information regarding the resources consumed by the application (mainly I'm looking for memory consumption, method time consumption and as well obtaining full stack traces of the method calls).
Please explain if this a feature of the HP LoadRunner and if the case explain (or point to a resource) who this can be done.

Additional details:
- we are trying to measure the performance (especially time consumption of one application process and it's time consumption for it's individual method calls) and aim to publish daily reports with the performance indicators.
- the LoadRunner transaction contains a single call to the application which is something like: "start processing".

Any help would be great.

JPROFILER is the best tool for the above mentioned problems....
