IP Spoofing in Load Runner

Dear Team,

Please Help us. We are testing UAT using Load Runner 11.

Our Controller is located 200.47.1.194

Load Generator 10.68.1.217

We want to activate IP Spoofing.

Without ip spoofing all are working succesfully.

When i activated ip spoofing i got error 13/07/2012 13:45:49 Error: Communication error: The Client failed to send packet. The socket has been shut down. and all users staed in Pending status. Vues wat to initialized

Please suggest us what does it mean different subnet fo LR?

If i set Controller and Lg in one subnet for example

200.47.1.195 Controller

200.47.1.187 Lg all are working succefully

Re: IP Spoofing in Load Runner

Read the chapter on Multiple IP Addresses in the Controller guide. It sounds like you enabled it without setting up the environment, as using IP Spoofing means disabling DHCP in order for the IPs to be created.

Mario
