Image not found error while running in Controller

Hi,

I have recorded the script using AJAX(Click and Script) protocol and its running well in VuGen - no error in logs.

But as soon as I run it using Controller, Transaction starts failing with "Image not found" error.

Below is the function where its failing:

web_static_image("static_image",
"Snapshot=t3.inf",
DESCRIPTION,
"Alt=",
"ID=",
"Name=",
"Ordinal=2",
ACTION,
"ClickCoordinates=42,53",
VERIFICATION,
"NotFound=Error",
LAST);

Please help me out if any one has any idea.

Regards,
Anurag

Re: Image not found error while running in Controller

Does the resolution on the Controller box matches exactly with the vugen box ?
If not change the controller resolution.

Re: Image not found error while running in Controller

Re: Image not found error while running in Controller

Are you running the load test from local host. If not verify running your script in the LG machine directly or try executing it manually in the LG machine and see if it returns any errors.

Re: Image not found error while running in Controller

yes, I am using the local host. All Loadrunner components are installed on the same box.
