Hi,
I download trial version of the 'Diagnostics Agent (Probe)for .NET' Now When i click on MSI setup file of the 'Diagnostics Agent (Probe)for .NET',
i got an alert message "This installation package is not supported by this processor type. Contact your product vendor".
I m using Intel Pentium 3GHz, and already installed HP loadrunner and working fine.

There are two install packages for Windows. An x86 install (HP .NET Probe.msi)for 32 bit OS's and a x64 version (HP .NET Probe (x64).msi) for 64 bit installs of windows.

Check your configuration again the PAM. You need the famous HP passport logon , but here's a link to it.. Scroll down to almost the bottom of the page to find the Diagnostics PAM.
