The Run Time Settings (RTS) for a script in VuGen are the start values for that script in PC. Note that you can overrule each setting in PC (select the script in PC' UI and press the RTS icon).
In respect to Iterations, depending on your chosen schedule type, the number of iterations are used or your script is run for a certain amount of time (iteration setting is ignored).
Note: when you have multiple scripts in one test in PC, you can copy the RTS from one script to all other scripts. Checkout the icons next to RTS-icon.
Each Vuser will be translated into one virtual-user that is running your script (you will create concurrency). Depending on the chosen schedule each user will run for the setup (RTS) number of iterations or duration of the schedule.
