Issue Recording Web app with VUGEN 11.0

Hi,

When I am trying to record an url with Vugen 11.0, it doesn't capture the id & passwords, not even generating the web_submit_data function.

I have tried all the recording options (html, url etc.), doesn't capture the login credentials.

Though with the same setting when I record other urls, successfully capturing the id,pwd values.

Below is the piece of the code generated for login part :

web_url("licensingwf-uat.hosting.wellsfargo.com_2",

                                "URL=https://licensingwf-uat.hosting.wellsfargo.com/",

                                "Resource=0",

                                "RecContentType=text/html",

                                "Referer=https://licensingwf-uat.hosting.wellsfargo.com:41795/login/Login.fcc?domainnames=qa-ent&domaintypes=LDAP&TYPE=33554433&REALMOID=06-be653ac3-ceae-431f-9c40-8b9e042637b6&GUID=&SMAUTHREASON=0&METHOD=GET&SMAGENTNAME=-SM-xbl%2bKPqi9wkLoMWTJhdpqhXrPoP4moaBBWqKCnskEqp2Ob4cNEmETtk%2fHwmV%2fykJs0UiPTKmu%2fYO0khOvhq0f%2f63Q85h1F0w69AsI8na25dKoF8yL3SEBZZ4UEeNdXqb&TARGET=-SM-https%3a%2f%2flicensingwf--uat%2eh...

                                "Snapshot=t2.inf",

                                "Mode=HTML",

                                LAST);

Please suggest how to overcome this.

Thanks,

Pratim

Re: Issue Recording Web app with VUGEN 11.0

Hello
You are recording against a HTTPS site, so you probably need to add some port mapping configuration or switch to winInet capure mode.

hope this helps
