Javascript slowness in VUGen

I'm developing a script in javascript language (Web - HTTP/HTML protocol) that needs to sign a message (Sha256withRSA) and I'm using jsrsasign.js for that.
When running it on VUGen, it takes forevever to complete.
Actually, it takes so long that I always have to abort its execution.
Nonetheless, running the same script on Controller, it performs fast as shown by the following log entry .
vuser_init.js(61): Notify: Transaction "Authentication" ended with a "Pass" status (Duration: 0.2427 Wasted Time: 0.0024).
JavaScript debugging mode is off.
Does anyone else went through this issue?
Why VUGen is taking so much time to execute a script that Controller executes in milliseconds?
What tuning should I do to boost its performance in VUGen?
Thanks in advance.
