A customer is asking "This issue manifests only when the software gets installed on a new machine? Or for any user trying to launch PC 11?" Please clarify.
Also I believe the KB statement "This may affect Performance Center 11.00 and standalone applications on Windows " is a bit vague and prone to raise more questions and concerns from customers.
Thos the issue manifest only when installing PC, and if the product is already installed, it is not afected?
