LR Error : -27764 : Request Failed

Hi Experts,

We are recieving the below error at random requests on UAT env, always (count & requests vary). But, the same script works perfectly fine in the TEST env.

-27764: Request "https://.com//xxxxxxxx?xxxxx" failed.
The above "not found" error(s) may be explained by header and body byte counts being 0 and 0, respectively.

Please suggest possible reasons for the above error.

Re: LR Error : -27764 : Request Failed

Hi Vinodh,

The Correlation is done fine, and it works properly in other environments properly always.
We face this error 'randomly' at some or other request in UAT env only.

Ram

Re: LR Error : -27764 : Request Failed

Hi Ram Kumar,

if the script is working in testing environment and problem you are facing in UAT Environment.

1. Check is there any minor change in UAT url.

2. Sometime it may be issue with the loadbalancer (please check how the loadbalancer is configured)

Error: -27764 is:

-27764=Request "%1" failed

sometime Load Balancer might not identifed as a valid request.

Re: LR Error : -27764 : Request Failed

Hi Christo,

Thanks for replying.

We do have LoadBalancer in UAT (and not in TEST) env.
Can you please throw more light on, as which specific detail about the LB we should check in detail ?

Thanks,
Ram Kumar
