Is it possible to execute a LR script on the LR via a remote connection?

u mean ur controller is situated somewhere else..ad u will be connected it remotely and will execute ur loadtest right?? if this is the question...then it is very well possible.

or if it is like ur LR is installed in somewhere else u'll be connecting that system remotely and will excute ur script....then it also is possible.

If you are refering to capturing the RDP commnunication between RDP client & server, then you can use RDP protocol.
