LR access violation error

Hello,

I’m facing a failure with LR 9.10 installed on a Win2003 SP2 – 1,59GHz 2GB RAM. I run a group of scenarios on different vuser counts and the following error message occurs:

Wlrun: Access violation at address 2BBF3295 in module ‘OutputUIPrij1.ocx’. Read of address 746E9D1E.

The impact regarding the test run is that not all test results are collected and test scenarios are not responding, e.g test fails to stop at specified time frame.
Any feedback would be valuable.

Thank you,
Liana

Re: LR access violation error

Liana,

You say you run a group of scenarios - I assume that you mean that you run several different scenarios and the result is always the same - is this correct?

When do you see the error - during execution of the scenario, or when you try to analyze the results?

What version of IE are you using, BTW?

Re: LR access violation error

Hi,

This is correct, several different scenarios are running. The error occurs during execution, but the test run doesn't stop.
In addition, I'm using IE v6.
