Is it possible to send an email notification to myself if my LR script fails in the controller?

Can be done if you are able to run it from QC, i don't think this feature is available in LR. This is a QC feature. I have done this with QTP, running the QTP script from QC.

Hi,

I remember having a script included in LR scenario to identify errors & send mail. But I do not have any traces now. Possibly you can search the forum, there are posts on the same line.

For simple Web protocol, multi protocol option with SMTP is one thing which provides solution to your requirement.

Thanks,
Raj
