LR script getting struck up

HI,

While replaying my recorded script, after some time the script is getting struck up without any error. The execution is getting stopped and no Test Results are displayed instead showing some error message.
I am sure that the script has no issues from coding part as it is just recorded and replayed without any customized code.

Please let me know the reason for this behavior?

Re: LR script getting struck up

It would be hard to say from this description. Can you attach the script please? That might give us a starting point.

Re: LR script getting struck up

Hi James,

There is nothing much we can get from the LR output window logs. Because the script execution is getting stopped and no error is displayed in the LR o/p window. It is happening only at one point in the script. And other thing is, it is successfully executed in controller.

Please let me know in case of any concerns.

Below are the last 11 lines in the LR ouput window:-

Action.c(3313): Notify: Transaction "edca_48_SearchOrderID" started.
Action.c(3315): Registering web_reg_find was successful [MsgId: MMSG-26390]

Re: LR script getting struck up

Try to execute your script with the RTS you have in your controller

I think it's a proxy problems.

Re: LR script getting struck up

Can you be more descriptive in the symptoms?

Is it at the exact same spot in the script each time? After X iterations? How are the resources on your loadgenerator? Controller? AUT/SUT?

Re: LR script getting struck up

Hi Steve,
Yes it is at the same point everytime. After successfully recording i am replaying the script. This behavior is in VUgen not in controller. It is working fine in controller. I tried replaying in some other machine but no luck(observed the same). No point of no. of iterations as it is happening in the first iteration itself.

Is there some thing i need to check with the memory allocated or any config settings.

One point from my end is the correlated values are about 10-15KB size each which are around 30 in number.

Regards,
Sasidhar.

Re: LR script getting struck up

Hi All,

I have recorded a script for other journey in the same AUT and observed same kind of behavior. I ran the recorded scripts on other machine but no luck. would there be any problem with loadgenerator settings when running on VUgen.

Also the test results summary is showing "Incompatibility error (The results are generated with later version. Please install and try again".

Regards,
Sasidhar.
