Hello,
when we run the system Health Check in PC admin (v12.62) we see an error on our Load Generators:
"Check Connectivity between the Load Generators and Controller. Load Generator connectivity check has failed. Failed to fill property RunTimeState with value idle"
All machines are on the same domain, can ping each other etc. The Performance Center Load Testing service is running on all machines. I have checked the PC servers and IIS, app pools etc are all up and working as normal.
I have also checked the trouble shooting guide for v12.60 but cannot find any info associated with this particular error message.
How do we resolve this?

We managed to identify one server which, it would appear, had not fully exited a previous test correctly for some reason. So we have made that server Unavailable in Lab Manager. We then asked our end users to re-run their tests and this time the error is no longer appearing.
It also took care of another issue I spoke about in another thread, where the results of the test were not collating for some reason. It seems that this LG machine has an issue with it. We will probably just uninstall and reinstall LG software on it and then re-add to the pool.

It seems your LG hasn't come out of last test run somehow. Login to PC Administration with Admin role, go to Maintenance > Hosts, select the required LG and click Maintenance > Reboot Hosts.
let me know if it helps.

Hi, so we rebooted all of the hosts but we still get the same Load Generator <> Controller connectivity error when we run the system health check from PC administration.
However, in the Lab Manager all hosts are operational, and we also ran "Check Host" against all machines and they all pass ok.
Our end user has reported that they still get this error message:
"Performance Center has encountered an error.
Exception of type 'System.Web.HttpException' was thrown. Exception of type 'System.Web.HttpUnhandledException' was thrown. Failed to fill property RunTimeState with value idleEnum value cannot be found for type 'HP.PC.BL.Hosts.HostRunTimeState' with the value 'Idle'.
