LoadRunner expired license

The ip number of our LoadRunner computer was changed by our LAN people during a physical relocation. As a result the LoadRunner license expired.

We need a contact within HP who can generate a new license for us.

The rub is, that we do not have a current support contract and every avenue on the HP website that I have found so far will not let me proceed without one.

Our salesperson and his replacement have both left HP.

Can anyone suggest an avenue of communication for me with HP?

Hi Geoff,

If you know HP order number, you can manager licenses via http://webware.hp.com

If you are not sure about SAID (contract id), call up your local HP sales/license team.
