LoadTest using QTP

I have to use QTP scripts to run a performance test to simulate the user experience.

My question here is when I stop the test in performance center I need automatically stop all scripting running using QTP.  I made a QTP script such way that it runs through a loop and it never ends because of data limitation within QTP scripts.  I want to write a condition within QTP to see whether performance test is stopped then based on a condition I want to exit out of QTP.

Does any one know how to know whether the performance test is stopped ?  Is there is any method to identify ?  BTW I use performance center to do load testing.

Please suggest me a workaround to stop QTP scripts.

Thank You,

Re: LoadTest using QTP

How are you running your load tests ?
You can limit the load test to a time slot say 10 mins of execution time, after 10 mins , PC will itself ramp down users.
