Loading HP PC pages - pages are not rendered entirely

While accessing to the HP Performance Center Server pages all content is not loaded properly so the pages are not rendered entirely.

service call (../LoadTest/Services/...) returns 401 Unauthorized, Authentication failed

The same thing happens on version 12.20 and 12.50. HP PC url is added to the trusted sites and the firewall is disabled.
Performance Center Server is installed on Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard.

Has anyone else had a similar problem like this?

Re: Loading HP PC pages - pages are not rendered entirely

Hi,

Does it happen when accessing the site from any machine's browser or is it client specific? Looks like PC websites did not get created properly with correct authentication. You can try running the PC Server configuration wizard from Start->Programs->Performance Center menu on the PC Server (runas admin), make sure the config wizard finish successfully without errors, reconfigure the PC Server again from Lab Management->Servers section (right click PCS and reconfigure). Now go to System Health under LAB Mngmt->PC section and run the health check on PCS to make sure it comes back with all checks and no errors. Then try the PC login again

If this doesn't resolve the issue, need to create a support ticket with us and work with HPE Support.

Thanks

Have you solved this issue yet? I'm having the exact same thing after a ALM/PC 12.50 brand new installation.

Re: Loading HP PC pages - pages are not rendered entirely

Hi,

Please make sure you have P01 patch installed on both ALM and PCS, reboot the PCS machine, run PC Server config again with runas admin option, then attempt logging in again. If still fails, the issue may need to be worked under scope of a support case than on this forum.

Pls collect debug logs from PC Server with issue reproduced and open up a support case if issue is still evident after above steps are performed

Thanks,
