Loadrunner 9.1 RDP istall on cleint or server?

Jump to solution
Hi I plan to use Loadrunner 9.1 to simulate 1000 users remotely logging onto virtual desktops and running an app.
My question is should I install Loadrunner on the Virtual desktop server or on one of the client machines?

You need not install it anywhere in specific. Have a LR installed in one machine & record the script. Then create a controller scenario. If you have Load Generators separately you can configure the same. If not you can run the scenario from the controller. Be sure that you have enough memory on the controller machine to run 1000 users which is not normally practiced.
