We don't deploy the results on to any servers to be accessible through url's. There is no such things available in LR out of box.

- Copy/Share it to other machine and open from there.
- Publish it to Web Server and access it.
- Use Performance Center where you can access everything through Web.

It is not possible to access the results file using a URL. I suggest you to use Performance center where you can access the file from any machine via web. You can also store the results of multiple runs and can share the location to anyone who has a performance center account. Copy the file into a share drive and provide the path in your test summary report if required.
