Not able to access Performance Center & Lab Management link from qcbin page!

Hello Forum,

 

I have installed the below components;

 

All packages installed were from HP ALM PC 11.0

 

ALM Server - Performance Center Edition |

PC server                                                   | m/c-01

PC Extension on a single machine             |

 

PC Host | m/c-02

 

2LG's | m/c-03 & 04

 

Now, when I access http://<ALMServerName>:8080/qcbin, The below links are displayed;

 

Performance Center

Lab Management

Site Administration

Add-Ins Page

Readme

 

From the above list, I am able to access and login to "Site Administration" page where as when I try to access Performance Center link I am getting the below error;

 

Following client components were not downloaded successfully:

1 . Client.cab :
(Error 5) Access is denied.
Cannot extract files from C:\Users\rrao\AppData\Local\HP\ALM-Client\localhost\Client.cab

2 . BuiltInPlugin.cab :
(Error 5) Access is denied.
Cannot extract files from C:\Users\rrao\AppData\Local\HP\ALM-Client\localhost\BuiltInPlugin.cab

Close all connections to Server and try again.

 

And, when I try to access Lab Management, the below error was thrown

Close all connections to Server and try again.

 

For both the errors, i tried to navigate to the displayed path and extracted the files in the same location, but no luck.

 

Please guide me through at the earliest.

Hi,

 

goto start -> run

 

type %temp% and press enter

 

delete TD_80 and TD_80_ folders.

 

go to start -> all programs ->  right click on ie and run as administrator and provide the PC website address  in this opened browser.

What browser are you using? And is this the only machine where it's ocurring.
