On Conroller Error serialization exceeds the max object nest level of '0'."

Hi Guys,

Due to the Patch Installation issues on LG's for LR 11.50, one of the HP technical support suggested me to use the Local host for now as LG for the load test, since I need to run the test.

HP is still investigating the issue.

I am getting the below error on the controller and users are failed as soon as started.

"Error serialization exceeds the max object nest level of '0'."

It's roadblock for me , please provide the solution.

Product : LR 11.50

Patch : LR 11.50 service Pack

Controller and Vugen is on same machine

Free memory space on C: drive : 20 GB

OS: Windows 2008 R2 standard.

LG : Local host

Protocol : FLEX

Flex.io file : Xms128m

Please advise me!

Thanks,

Raj

You receive the same error when executed in VuGen? Can you post the complete trace?

What I noticed when i add the scripts graduly, i didn't see this error.

I.e 1st running for 28 users and stop the test and add fem more user up to 34, then test runs fine.

Thnaks,

Rajani

We didn't see the error in the past with 11.5x. I would suggest to report it to hp to investigate further.
