PC 11.52 Missing hosts

Hi,

we have two LG servers which seem to have disappeared from our list of hosts in PC 11.52. We have a group which needs to use them to complete some testing.

I checked the two servers. Both are pingable and I was ableto RDP access both. I tried rebooting them and both are up and available.

LG is installed on both.

Performance Center Agent service and Load Testing service are both running and I also restarted those.

There is probably a simple explanation for them disappearing?

How do I go abour re-adding them ?

Thank you for your post.

Could you confirm if you are able to see the host on the lab management? If not, probably someone delete them. Then, you just need to add again the host into the lab management.

Hi Daniela,

So I tried logging into Lab Management and checked in Lab Resources. When I click on Hosts there is a list of servers present but not the two ones that I am missing.

Apologies, I am a new user of Performance Center. How do I add the missing hosts back in Lab Management? I have looked for an "Add Host" option but cannot see it.

Ah.

 

I had to grant myself permission as a project administrator before I was able to see the options to re-add the missing hosts.

I will try that now and see how it goes.
