PC 9.52 Load Runner Controller/Generator-Can it be configured to run on a 64-bit Windows 2008?

Jump to solution

Hi,

I would like to use a couple of Windows 2008 (64-bit) machines as load runner hosts. So I had a question whether PC 9.52 is supported on a 64-bit  Windows OS?

Thanks,

Gaurav_P

Hi Gaurav,

This is from the readme:

The following 32-bit Windows operating systems are supported:
  • Windows XP Professional SP2 or SP3
  • Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition/Enterprise Edition SP2
  • Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition/Enterprise Edition R2 SP2
  • Windows Vista SP1 (Standalone Load Generators only)

Note: Replay is supported on 64-bit Windows operating systems.

As the note says you can use LGs and Controller on a 64 bit OS, Support is limited though.
