(PC) Support Tip: What can cause TruClient IE 12.20 recording or replay issues
If you face one of the following issues:
- not able to open in Develop script mode,
- the browser is crashing when you start recording
- TruClient is not able to record any step although the pages are shown correctly in IE Standard mode
- You are not able to reply the scrip.
You should first verify if the problem is result of:
Microsoft's Internet Explorer Security Update (KB3038314) or
Turn on Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration (IE ESC).
