(PC) Support Tip: What can cause TruClient IE 12.20 recording or replay issues

If you face one of the following issues:

  1. not able to open  in Develop script mode,
  2. the browser is crashing when you start recording
  3. TruClient is not able to record any step although the pages are shown correctly in IE Standard mode
  4. You are not able to reply the scrip.

 

You should first verify if the problem is result of:

Microsoft's Internet Explorer Security Update (KB3038314) or

Turn on Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration (IE ESC).
