(PC) Support tip: Change Machine Identity failed

When we tried to add a PC server we are getting this message: 

"Change Machine Identity failed"

The root cause of this issue is:

-We have the UAC enable on PC server machine 

-Make sure that the PC user password is correct under PCS.config file in PC server machine and from the PC_LAB_SETTINGS  table from the LAB_PROJECT under Site Administration--> Lab Management.
