(PC) Support tip: Error: Vuser failed to initialize extension java_int.dll

When running Java Vusers with a 64-bit JDK, the Vusers fail to initialize with the error: “Vuser failed to initialize extension java_int.dll”

The failure occurs because the temporary folder of the “Local System” USER does not exist by default (Windows 2012 R2 and Windows 2016) and because of this ,mdrv_x64.exe fails the Vusers while loading jvm.dll

To resolve this issue, create the temporary folder for the Local System USER at C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local

Re: (PC) Support tip: Error: Vuser failed to initialize extension java_int.dll

Hi kadambari

I have the same problem like, getting the below error.

Error: JDK not found

Warning: Extension java_int.dll reports error -1 on call to function ExtPerThreadInitialize

Error: Vuser failed to initialize extension java_int.dll.

JDK1.8(64 bit) and LR12.55 Community edition(32 bit) used.If we are creating the temporary folder for the Local System USER at C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local ,will the error be solved?

Kindly guide us.
