(PC) Support tip: Installation of PC 12.53 patch 4 from Lab Management may fail

Installation of Performance Center 12.53 patch 4 from Lab Management may fail with the following error:
Error: Failed initializing Patch installation The RPC server is not available (Exception from HRESULT 0x800706BA)


The error message appears due to timeout while downloading patch 4 especially in slow networks environments.
