(PC) Support tip: Not able to add a host machine to the Lab Management
We are not able to add a host machine to the Lab Management. We received the following error message:
"Change Machine Identity failed. Reason: User already exists with a different password"
How to fix:
1. Go to the Administrative Tools--> Computer Management--> Local User and Groups--> Users
2. Search for the PC User --> Right click--> Properties
3. Make sure that the option "Password never expires" is checked --> Click "OK"
4. Then please right click over the user--> Set Password option--> Please add the user password
Then reconfigure the host machine.
