(PC) Support tip: Not able to run a test due to timed outs

When try to run a test we are getting Timed out error messages for several tasks in PC, for example run test, edit a test and sometimes the user is log off from the environment.  We can see that PC is losing connection randomly to the database.

Checking the environment architecture there is a Listener between ALM/PC and the Database, so this feature is not supported.Then checking the SiteAdmin.xml it was poiting directly to the database,  and the projects are pointing to the Listener.

So to baypass the Listener we changed the dbid.xml file of the projects, we modified the database server tag to the database server machine name and then we are able to run test.
